Archives at Kambala with invaluable assistance by Duke of Edinburgh Award participants

Kambala’s history began in 1887 and the treasure trove that is found on the shelves of the Archive is remarkable. This year the Archives partnered with a select group of students working toward their Duke of Edinburgh Awards. These dedicated women assisted with polishing and cataloguing the schools’ trophy collection, researching the history and winners of the Angus Cup and compiling a list of Prefects from 1928 to present.

I am so grateful to these talented and brilliant women for their time and love of the history of their School! A big thank you to Crystal Chen (Year 9), Erin Dunn (Year 10) Gabriella Gamerov (Year 10), Ava Grundy (Year 10), Bonnie Zheng (Year 9), Lainie Liberiou (Year 9) and special thanks to Ms. Julie Laytham, Experiential and Service Learning Coordinator / PDHPE Teacher for arranging this.
