FINDING US

Kambala is situated on a single, elevated campus above Rose Bay, overlooking Sydney Harbour. We are only 7km from Sydney’s CBD, 4km from Bondi Beach and 18km from the International and Domestic Airports.

Public services:

  • 324 or 325 from the City
  • 386 from Bondi Junction ― drop off two stops after Rose Bay Village.

Kambala private bus:

A subsidised service is available for two routes:

  • EASTERN BEACHES: Little Bay, Malabar, Maroubra, South Coogee, Coogee, Clovelly, Waverley, Bronte and Bondi Beach to Kambala and back each day.
  • INNER CITY: Alexandria, Waterloo, Paddington, Woollahra, Bellevue Hill to Kambala and back each day.

Each service is for 5 days per week and is available to Kambala students between the ages of 6 – 18* (Year 1 – 12). No daily rate is available and we do not offer sibling discounts. This bus service is subsidised by the school to keep the cost at a minimum and fees are charged to your account.

*Younger siblings (<5years old = Kindergarten or younger) are able to be booked if accompanied by an older sibling.

Scots College bus: The Scots College also offers several private bus services covering an extensive part of Sydney, from Mona Vale in the north, to Sutherland and Cronulla in the south.

Eastern Suburbs and Illawarra Line; disembark at Edgecliff Station and take the 324 or 325 bus.

Kambala and Kincoppal-Rose Bay operate a direct Sealink/Captain Cook Cruise service from Circular Quay, Cremorne Point to Watsons Bay and a return route in the afternoon. A Kincoppal shuttle bus is available to collect staff from Watson’s Bay Pier to transfer them to school and from school to Watsons Bay in the afternoon to meet the ferry.
