Giving to Kambala

Kambala strives to support our girls in becoming intellectually curious; empowering them to inquire; driving them to question; and inspiring them to reach their potential and make a difference. Continued generosity has made it possible for generations of proud Kambala girls to learn and grow, and participate in the world in a meaningful way. All gifts will be acknowledged via annual publication unless otherwise specified.

Ways to Support

SITE

Our vision is to create an unrivalled dynamic learning environment, with key learning precincts for specific areas; an enhanced sporting precinct for students to excel in their chosen field; and a disciplined program of building upgrades and works focused on renewal and rejuvenation of the site.

Our deductible gift recipient (DGR) status means that donations of $2 or more to the School’s Building Fund and Scholarships and Bursary Fund are tax deductible. Kambala will forward an official receipt to donors for taxation purposes

Scholarships and Bursaries

We are committed to growing a sustainable endowment to provide opportunities for students to attend Kambala through means tested scholarships and bursaries. Through our Scholarships and Bursaries program we aspire to produce outstanding, motivated girls who will use this experience to achieve their potential and make a difference in the world. The addition of these young women adds depth and diversity to the Kambala community as a whole.

  • High quality professional development courses including Harvard Project Zero
  • Peer observation and coaching
  • Research fellowships for further study.

US Donations

Kambala is an affiliate of the Australian Independent Schools USA Foundation, which was established to advance philanthropy in the United States from alumni and friends of Australian Independent schools. Members of the Kambala Community who have tax deductibility in the United States of America are able to make tax effective gifts via the AISUSA Foundation.

Bequests

The inclusion of Kambala in your Will is a lasting and positive way to contribute to the legacy of the School. The generosity of Old Girls, parents and other members of the School community has enriched our educational facilities and made scholarships available to students who may not otherwise have benefitted from a Kambala education.

If you would like more information or assistance on making a bequest, please contact the School for a confidential discussion in 9388 6732.
